The idea was born

2021

Once upon a time (okay, in 2021), a fashion-forward genius 💡 realized something: socks don’t get nearly enough credit. While styling outfits, she saw the untapped potential of chic, statement-making socks.
Why should footwear have all the fun when socks can elevate an entire look?

And just like that, Sazzy Socks was born.

Inspired by yoga and pilates socks, with their signature crisscross elastic bands, the idea was clear—style, comfort, and a touch of effortless cool all in one. Because let’s be real, boring socks? Not in this era.

From sketches to reality

Designing socks that are both chic & comfortable? Easier said than done. This was the era of testing, tweaking, and perfecting. 🧵✂️

It all started with hand-stitched samples (yes, literally sewn by hand!) before searching for the perfect manufacturer to bring Sazzy Socks to life. Every detail mattered—from securing our unique designs (hello, pattern protection!) to finding the softest, stretchiest, and most foot-friendly elastic bands. If it’s not stylish and comfy, it’s not Sazzy.

Socks? Designed. Brand? Coming to life. This is the time of turning a vision into a full-blown reality.

The Sazzy Socks logo was born, the business was officially registered, and a website took shape. Our social media finally saw the light of day, product packaging went from ideas to designs, and every single penny went into bringing this brand to life. 💸✨

But this was just the beginning. After endless sample rounds (trust us, so many back-and-forths), the final prototypes starts rolling in. Slowly but surely, production kicks off, and what was once just an idea turn into a warehouse built from scratch.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to used socks or socks where the seal has been broken, due to hygiene reasons.

For returns, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect, but no later than three years after receiving the product. Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. What makes your socks so special?

Our socks aren’t just socks—they’re an eye-catching accessory and personality for your feet! Each pair is designed to make you feel fabulous from the ankle down. Life’s too short for boring socks, right?

2. What are your socks made of?

Only the good stuff: soft breathable cotton, polyester and just the right amount of stretch magic (aka spandex). Basically, it’s like a cozy hug for your feet. You will find the fabric info in every product description. 

3. Will your socks fit me?

As you know, we are a new sock brand and for the moment we have only stocked up (socked up) with size EU 37-39, but if you can not find your size, please let us know and we will step up to order other sizes as well. We aim for all fabulous, sassy women to be able to wear Sazzy Socks!


4. How do I keep my socks looking fabulous?

Treat them like the treasures they are:

  • Wash at 30°C (that’s gentle, not sauna-level hot)
  • Skip the bleach and tumble dryer
  • Turn them inside out (it’s like a spa day for socks)
  • Air dry for best results

Belive it or not, but all our socks are packed and shipped in beautiful recyclable gift boxes. Whether it’s for a bestie or for yourself, we’ve got you covered. As you know, we walk the extra mile for you.

7. How long will it take to get my socks?

At the moment we are taking pre-orders until our socks are back in stock. You will get an email as soon as we have been shipped your Sazzy Socks! 

When our socks are in stock, these delivery times apply:

  • Standard Shipping Sweden: 1-3 business days (Postnord)
  • Shipping outside Sweden 4-10 business days

Orders over 499 SEK/50 EURO = Free shipping!


9. Can I return my socks if they’re not right?

We want you to be 100% head-over-heels in love with your socks. If you’re not, you’ve got 14 days to return them (unworn, sealed and in their original packaging, please). Just hit us up, and we’ll sort it out.
