FROM OUR OFFICE TO YOUR DOORSTEP
All orders are packed by hand at our office in Sundbyberg, just outside Stockholm, Sweden. Keeping everything in-house allows us to ensure that each order is prepared with care and shipped as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 12:00 am are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the following day.
All deliveries are sent with PostNord, with a typical delivery time of 1–3 days within Sweden.

Returns and Complaints Returns:
Customers have the right to return unused, unopened products within the original packaging, with all labels and seals intact, within 30 days. For sustainability reasons, return shipping is not complimentary. Sale items are non-returnable, and we do not take responsibility for lost return shipments.
Exchanges: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in their original condition, including packaging and seals. Shipping costs for exchanged or returned products are not refunded.
Complaints and Claims: If a product is believed to have a manufacturing error, it may be returned to us for inspection. However, acceptance of claims is not guaranteed, and shipping costs for returned items are the customer's responsibility. We reimburse up to 15€ for shipping costs upon receipt of a valid receipt.

Uncollected Packages

Our socks aren’t just socks - they’re an eye-catching accessory and personality for your feet! Each pair is designed to make you feel fabulous from the ankle down. Life’s too short for boring socks, right?
2. What are your socks made of?
Only the good stuff: soft breathable cotton, polyester and just the right amount of stretch magic (aka spandex). Basically, it’s like a cozy hug for your feet. You will find the fabric info in every product description.
3. Will your socks fit me?
As you know, we are a new sock brand and for the moment we have only stocked up (socked up) with size EU 37-39, but if you can not find your size, please let us know and we will step up to order other sizes as well. We aim for all fabulous, sassy women to be able to wear Sazzy Socks!
4. How do I keep my socks looking fabulous?
Treat them like the treasures they are:
- Wash at 30°C (that’s gentle, not sauna-level hot)
- Skip the bleach and tumble dryer
- Turn them inside out (it’s like a spa day for socks)
- Air dry for best results
Do this, and your socks will stay sassy for ages!
