2. Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT (25%). Any shipping fees will be added and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer the following payment methods via Klarna:
- Invoice
- Installment payment
- Card payment
- Direct payment
By selecting Klarna as your payment method, you agree to Klarna’s terms and conditions. Please note that Klarna may charge additional fees depending on the payment option you choose.
3. Delivery and Shipping
We currently deliver within Sweden and to other EU countries. Delivery time is typically 1-3 days within Sweden. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. The shipping fee is 49 SEK, and free shipping is available for orders over 499 SEK.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. The cancellation period starts from the day you receive the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@sazzysocks.com and provide your order number. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to used socks or socks where the seal has been broken, due to hygiene reasons.
For returns, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or damaged.
5. Complaints
If the product you purchased is faulty or damaged, you have the right to file a complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect, but no later than three years after receiving the product. Please contact us at contact@sazzysocks.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved complaints.
6. Data Protection
When you make a purchase with us, we collect personal data to fulfill your order. This data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and is only shared with necessary parties, such as Klarna for processing your payment. 7. Disputes and Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Swedish law applies to all purchases made through our online shop. If you reside within the EU, you also have the option to use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: EU ODR Platform.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to fulfill our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or pandemics.
