Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please provide your order number or proof of purchase for reference. Returns cannot be processed without this information.

To start a return, contact us at contact@sazzysocks.com. Please note that returns must be sent back to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a digital QR code for a PostNord return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

A return shipping fee of 69 SEK applies and will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, defects and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@sazzysocks.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect

We will review your claim and, if the defect is determined to be a manufacturing fault, we will send you a replacement pair of socks at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that the return shipping fee of 69 SEK is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@sazzysocks.com.
