Shipping policy

1. Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT (25%). Any shipping fees will be added and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer the following payment methods via Klarna:

  • Invoice
  • Installment payment
  • Card payment
  • Direct payment

By selecting Klarna as your payment method, you agree to Klarna’s terms and conditions. Please note that Klarna may charge additional fees depending on the payment option you choose.

2. Delivery and Shipping

We currently deliver within Sweden and to other EU countries.

Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days within Sweden. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

The shipping fee is 49 SEK, and we offer free shipping on orders over 349 SEK.

All orders are shipped with PostNord.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@sazzysocks.com and provide your order number or proof of purchase. Returns cannot be processed without this information.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a digital QR code for a PostNord return shipping label along with instructions for returning the item.

A return shipping fee of 69 SEK applies and will be deducted from your refund.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of socks that have been worn, washed, damaged by use, or otherwise altered from their original condition.

4. Complaints and Manufacturing Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sazzysocks.com.

To submit a complaint regarding a manufacturing defect, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect

We will review your claim and, if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will send you a replacement pair of socks at no additional cost.

In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item.

Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
